The essence of a Shariah Advisory service involves analyzing the client request to understand whether the route to the desired objective leads to infrignment of any Shariah stipulations or statutory obligations and devising a methodology which achieves the same objective while remaining compliant with both Shariah and regulations.

Also central to the entire exercise is the attempt to ensure that the resultant scheme is robust in operation and tax efficient.
