TASIS as a rule does not provide any refund of fees for services
availed.
Notwithstanding the above, TASIS may on its own unfettered discretion
agree to forego a part of its due charges or fees in certain specific
cases for undisclosed reasons.
It is not possible for a User to be refunded fees charged prospectively
for services ordered, due to the User unilaterally deciding to cancel the
complete or a part of the service requested.
Certain service requests may, by nature of the service request itself,
require a protracted period for the service to be completely executed, as
certain types of services require access to current and/or data to be
published or become available in public domain in subsequent time
frames. Users need to inform themselves of the time frame for
execution of the service before ordering the same.
No refund requests will be entertained for results provided against
service requests which may not agree with results provided by another
service provider for similar service requests.
In certain types of services, TASIS may decide to provide the User
additional services of the same or different kinds without additional
charge, provided the additional services are availed within a specified
time duration. Additional services offered and not availed within the
specified duration will not entitle the User to be paid any amount in lieu
of the services
TASIS can change the tariff for its services without notice. TASIS shall
not be responsible for the User’s ignorance of a change in the pricing of
its services.
In the event a Customer has paid for a requested service and TASIS is
unable to provide the service for no fault of the Customer, TASIS shall
refund the amount paid, without any interest.
Notwithstanding any loss or damages sustained by the Customer due to
failure of TASIS to provide a contracted service, TASIS shall not be
liable to the customer in any case beyond the amount it has already
received for the service.
TASIS shall not be liable for any loss suffered by a Customer due to
any equipment malfunction, internet breakdown, disruption in
telecommunication services or any other reason for payment by customer
not reaching TASIS and shall accordingly be entitled to withhold the
service requested if the same has not been rendered, or to demand
payment for the service if the service has already been rendered.
