Can a software company providing software for a platform supporting Haram activity be considered as Shariah compliant?
Answer
If it is not providing any content for the platform and is just providing the software required for running the platform, then it will be considered Shariah compliant. A platform can broadcast entertainment as well as movies, documentaries, news, sports etc. If it is not fully dedicated to broadcasting only entertainment, then it can be considered Shariah compliant.
