CA Jamil Shaikh

Mr. Jamil, is a Founder Director of TASIS. He is a Chartered Accountant and an Information Systems Auditor, with 25 years of experience. Mr. Jamil prior to establishing Shaikh and Associates, was Finance Manager with a leading Islamic Investment group in Mumbai. He has gained international exposure while working in various assignments in UAE, Kuwait and Oman.

He is involved in Statutory & Internal Audits, Due Diligence Reviews, Systems Analysis and Design and other areas of the organization’s Management Assurance discipline. He caters to clients in Industries like FMCG, Engineering, Real Estate, Consumer Goods & Electronics, Travel & Tourism, NBFC etc. He also handles individual and corporate taxation.

Mr. Jamil, is actively involved in the Islamic Finance having an in-depth knowledge of principles related to all matters linked to finance, accounting, budgeting, cost management and controls and having significant experience in evolving, enhancing & implementing business processes. He possesses comprehensive knowledge of all Islamic Finance contracts.
